General
Unfortunately at the moment we cannot give a date as to when the site will be operational, we are working towards a release as fast as is possible.

Yes, so long as the assessment has been worked on or completed within the last 30 days (or shorter if configured) and you have an active subscription. For security purposes all participant (assessment) data is automatically and irrevocably deleted after 30 days, you can configure the site to send an alert a few days before the data is deleted.
Yes, they can take a break (or multiple breaks) at any point in time, the only restriction is the gap between sessions can be no longer than 30 days (you will be able to configure it for a shorter period) after which the data is permanently and irrevocably deleted. The participant (and yourself) will need to re-enter the original reference code in order to continue the assessment from the last question asked.
No, the site does not support streaming of audio/video, it is highly recommended that you use a well established conferencing tool (such as Zoom, Teams or Skype) in parallel with this site. Should you wish to do so, it is recommended that you get explicit permission from the participant before recording.
Adaptations for the assessments in different languages are being developed. To see what is currently available go to the "Available" menu option under "Subscriptions", this page will give details on how to access assessments in various languages as they become available.
Instructions for administering the assessment are available as a downloadable document in the Documents section of Available Assessments (within Health Professional tab - you are required to be logged in to view this). Alternatively, you can select the question mark next required assessment and a more specific FAQ will be presented.
The site will generate a single use unique reference code for each assessment, it is up to you as the assessment administrator to note down this code and store it. Alternatively, you can supply your own participant identifier (which we strongly recommend is not personally identifiable) which is associated with your records.
Each subscription is valid for 1 year, shortly before your subscription is due to expire you will receive an email with details on how to renew your subscription. The manner of renewal is controlled by the creator / owner of the assessment and not by Mearcian Online.
If you have not done do, please register, login and navigate to the "Available" menu item under "Subscriptions", there you will find the preferred contact details for the various assessments.
Each access code (subscription) is linked to one email address only, so your assistant will need their own unique access code (subscription). However, the email address attached to each subscriber account can be altered if needed to allow temporary account switching, however this not recommended and can only be conducted by the assessment template owner / adaptor and will only be doe in exceptional circumstances. Further development is planned which will allow grouping to be possible among different users so principal users can establish groups for data sharing.

Yes, it will only store data you or the participant enter, it does not require any personally identifiable data other than your email address (and optionally any extra details you add, for example a signature you want attached to emails) and partial participant email addresses should you decide to send them a link to the assessment.
You can either access the assessment you wish to locate the results for and click the download button, the results will download as a CSV (Excel) file. Alternatively, you can have the site send you the results to your registered email address.
